Dec/Jan was the hardest time for all agents.

The rate went down 1% within one month. And the clients changed the lenders/agents because of the rates going down; Worst of all, I heard some brokers were kicked out by lenders because the pull-through ratio was too low(loans locked, but not delivered).

But we are glad that most of the clients are good and reasonable. And the rest of this year should be better, at least the rate will not be that volatile.
