今天，J问我有没有申请好LLC，我说还没有，我得先了解一下LLC。他说要不暂时用买房那地址吧，我想了想觉得没问题，说好啊。

刚刚查信件，真收到了，公司名为某街某号 LLC。

接下来，我估计，假如我用这个签下合同，我需要预付10K吧，然后付大约15K吧，然后，按我的理解，潜在风险是，最终因为房屋检查不过关等等（目前我能想出的不多）原因，我方放弃，这两三万大概很难拿回来了。
