应该问builder讨多少credit?

上次提到的新房带有lift station的问题，已经知道是因为没有足够的slope到city的sewer pipe. 我打算退出，但builder说要给credit. plumber 说每年的Maintainance $425, 考虑到power blackout, flooding以后比较难卖等问题，应该问他们讨多少credit?谢谢
