请教plumbing 弄成sewer lift station麻烦吗？

一新房inspection 时发现sewer pipe 重力有问题，里面的东西出不来，跟builder说了，他们整成sewer lift station. 网上查了一下感觉很麻烦，是不是应该放弃不买了？已经花了一千多了
