问题出在你没有中介的优势没有体现出来。加州买房地产有escrow不需要律师，你没有中介是有风险的。

卖家拿到一样的钱为什么要多担风险呢？你只知道自己赚便宜。不用中介不是让你赚便宜而是有利拿offer。
