It looks like she might have some real difficulties, and told you so, that:

  1. She will move out
  2. She will try to pay you

Wondering why you still do three-day notice?  Each of us will have some difficult movements in our life, particular at this difficult time, should we try to understand them?   Wondering if you know why she was laughing at you?
