6月房租不付你可以马上file eviction的，只是对6月的房租而言。

除了州的executive order，你要去读你们县county的executive order。县可能对4月5月两个月的房租有更长的Grace period。比如LA county已经延长至12个月让房客有时间付他们欠的房租，也就是在明年5/31/2021前房东是不可以file eviction的。但是5月以后的可以马上file。

但是就这几天 LA county的executive order 又延长了一个月的宽容租期。也就是在06/30/2020前如果房客也不付6月房租，房东在明年06/30/2021 前对4月 5月 6月三个月的房租不可以eviction。

这个牛牲上台看来地主没好日子过了，离土改不远了。霸王条约啊！
