抢房子，listing agent 不肯做dual agent， 咋办？

我们这里dual agent是 legal 的。但这厮不肯，要保护卖家权益。

老朽等高人都说抢offer 最好用listing agent 当buyer agent. 但人家不乐意

我没有buyer agent， 希望卖家算得清楚，我给他省了2%commission。
