刚过户:可能是今年最好的deal

改2单元工程太大, 万一大环境不好，项目太多会把自己搞死。现在采用方案一：6 bedroom. 租户已经找到。是我现在的租户，他们现租金2375，一直让我帮他找一个便宜一点的大房子，因为他们一家3代住一起。原租金定在1900，考虑他们挺困难而且很老实，决定租1800。他们已经同意在我装修好后搬入。卖家在过户后还得住30天，他们有一堆东西需要搬走，不过户他们就没钱搬家。没办法，只能帮帮他们，免费住30天。

买入12万多，装修估计得2万。总投入14万5. 租金1800, 租售比1.24%。比上一个租售比1.15%强。

后面排队过户的另外2个，租售比在1%-1.1%之间。所以这可能是今年最好的deal。
