但是,双方应该以good faith的标准遵守合同,而不是利用这些period再接受新的offer。所以如果你想告对方,最多是告她lack of good faith。请自己查看 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Good_faith_(law)
好比在inspection period如果买主又找到另外的好房子,以小毛病退出,不给卖主修理的机会,那么这个是lack of good faith。你的情况,假如签好的合同双方都收到,卖方又找到更好的offer,以attorney review 退出,而且没有让你有修改谈判机会,那么也是lack of good faith。
那么打官司,最好结果是法官强制对方接受你的合同。最坏结果是法官说你没有收到签的合同不算。说不定对方会赔你点钱了事,但是我很不乐观。
