但是，双方应该以good faith的标准遵守合同，而不是利用这些period再接受新的offer。所以如果你想告对方，最多是告她lack of good faith。请自己查看 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Good_faith_(law)
好比在inspection period如果买主又找到另外的好房子，以小毛病退出，不给卖主修理的机会，那么这个是lack of good faith。你的情况，假如签好的合同双方都收到，卖方又找到更好的offer，以attorney review 退出，而且没有让你有修改谈判机会，那么也是lack of good faith。
那么打官司，最好结果是法官强制对方接受你的合同。最坏结果是法官说你没有收到签的合同不算。说不定对方会赔你点钱了事，但是我很不乐观。
