也是学新东西，似乎有的州签完合同自动进入attorney review period，不需要合同里面有特殊条款

e.g. OH, NJ, IL seem to  have these legal requriements.  But I have not found any legal code saying that. Just law firm articles.  In these states it seems there is no need for "attorney review" clause in the contract to enjoy attorney review period. 

But logically, if we signed contract then attorney review, does not mean if attorney review then we signed contract.   That requires if and only if condition.
