请教（急）：抱怨房间有飞虫的租客能否被驱逐

温哥华高层公寓，黑人租户住三层，二月入住，三月底抱怨室内有瓢虫（Lady bugs）和moth（小飞蛾）。后来请人去看，并送一瓶Raid除虫药喷剂。房客继续反复抱怨，我发邮件给公寓管理公司，管理人员回应开窗放出飞虫即可。房客五月生一小孩。七月底抱怨飞虫，要求请专家驱虫，我未理睬。九月一号发现未按租房协议交房租，联系时房客先说已经交过，复核没有交过以后，房客改口不交是由于对飞虫问题房东没有及时处理。我九月二日，通过email发了10日驱逐信。访客说法庭见，并说知道自己的权利。（几个月中为房客修过水龙头衣服支架等几项内容）

急问，这些飞虫问题是房东责任吗？这样的房客可以驱逐吗？
