硅谷（加州湾区）高价房屋还要大幅贬值的理由

1、全国经济进入衰退，而且（如本人所料）一般都认为到2012年经济才会有所好转
2、银行缺钱，并且放贷控制极其严格，大额贷款更是严而又严。
3、股市很糟糕，能从公司上市而挣到钱的人极少，并且高科技公司上市越来越少
4、风险基金基本不再往硅谷投入。况且近几年，风险基金亏损非常严重
5、硅谷的所谓高科技已经是强弩之末，换汤不换药的公司过多。
6、很多人认为房价尚未跌到底
7、裁员不断，很多硅谷搞科技公司会关门，很多工程师会失业。
