But I don't see RE price crashing in the good school districts here. If silicon valley is dead, there must be some other reason supporting such high prices.

With this said, I still think that home prices will drop somewhat in Bay Area, not necessary crash as some other people suggested.

I don't know about China, but I doubt that the home price there is much stronger than Bay Area.
