当下还有人买office吗？下面三个选哪个？

电子商务的兴起造成了很多retail 和office关门。现在还有人买office吗？

Multi-family 太贵了，相对而言office便宜很多。感觉买office可以拿到好的deal （现金流会更好）, 但是就怕是接飞刀。会不会是1949年加入国民党的感觉？

 

1. 1 million medical offices with 3+ acre lot and 2 building pads, the area is developing now (SFR $100/sqft) http://bbs.wenxuecity.com/tzlc/1246949.html 这个去年就看了几次，卖家不松口。

2. 600k office 9000sqft in a neighborhood of lots of residential, (SFR $150/sqft). Worst location of 3 for commercial. 经营的不好，电费都是房东付的，大约每年2万的电费。submeter会不会把租户都赶跑了？是机会吗？

3. 430k office  6000sqft in another commercial area (SFR $130/sqft), but the building can't be seen from the main road.
