看看每天的新闻吧。为什么还有人相信东湾的房地产已经到底呢？知道WAMU为什么撑不下去马？还有其他大银行的案例！！花旗银行的危机是为什么呢？如果你已经有50%的首付，我没意见，钱是你的。如果只有20%， 除非你有信心你老人家工作长做长有，不然到时候，你想卖掉房子都不行，只有破产的分了。有空多读读财经新闻，分析一下当前的严峻形势把。。。
