我以前有买过，第二，第三M 把我送上了collect agency, 整天要钱，我打电话和他们理论，他们根本就不理睬，怎么办？

市政府建议我找律师，后来律师把这事摆平了，但是charge我1万8千元，也不知道怎么算出来的，我现在不敢再bid了，除非我真研究出到底是什么弯弯绕在里面！！！
