把欠的mortgage按次序排队，为第一M、第二M、第三M、第四M。

如果是第一M来foreclose，那么后面的Ms全部就不管用了，就是说，那些银行拿不到钱了；如果不是第一M foreclose，那么您买到后第一M还可以来继续foreclose。

就是说，如果不是第一M来foreclose，就不要去碰了。

因为BofA是第一M，所以后面的银行没有办法来要钱了。

但是，mortgages 前面如果还欠税的话，那就更复杂了。
