咱追求的目标不是，法律面前人人平等吗？咋一下就变成保护弱着叻？

而且弱和强本来就是相对概念，咋衡量？ 还有从啥角度衡量， 经济地位，身体健壮程度？谁说了算啊？ 如果美国法律是建立在这个基础上，那可真就完蛋了。
