that is where you draw your conclusion from ? some lawyers said in a training class ? and you did not even provide the whole context of the statement.

I am no expert of law or anything related, I only look at it with common sense and basic logic, and it does not even pass smell test. most importantly, I do not want to waste any time on this topic.
