My agent is a dual agent and the Escrow's Owner. It is short sale and the agent told me the bank approved short sale and asked to get my loan ASAP. My loan was approved and 说好11/7/08 close Escrow. On 11/6/08 when Escrow received all the loan documents, the agent said the second bank Chase did not issue it's TD payoff. Therefore, asked me to wait. I told the agent that my loan was locked for 30 days only. I requested the agent to be responsible for all the costs I have incurred since I was under his instruction and he did not disclosure that the second bank did not approve the short sale yet.
On 11/10/08,I received the agent's call saying that the second Bank Chase counter offer to increase the price for $30K. Can bank negotiates the price when the Escrow was about to close?
What should I do with this situation? 谁能邦我出出主意?非常感谢!
