I like to rent my apartment to Hispanics

Most my tenants are Hispanics. Most of them pay rent on time. The Hispanics lady keeps the place very clean. However, If you rent the apartment to one family, they will end up have two families + 2 or 3 kids live together. I pay for the hot and cold water. I know my cost is high if they live this way. However, most of them are long time tenant. They fix the thing themself and always very happy. I rent one apartment to some Chinese students. They do not clean the place, the stove, bathroom are very dirty. Hispanics keep the place very clean. I do feel bad when I see my hispanics tenants collect the cans and bottles and try to exchange it for a little money. They work hard for a little money.
