请教，黑人社区的出租房如何？

我们这儿，符合投资回报条件的，基本都在黑人居多的区。有一次看到一个房子，价格不错，但里边住的，不是西班牙人，就是黑人，西班牙人一句英文都不会，房间倒还整理得干净。其中一个单身黑人的房间里一股怪烟味，不是一般香烟雪加的味道。

出门的时候，觉得好像没有勇气当他们的landlord哎。是不是我多虑了?
