前面的seller有没有给这家送过90 天notice？

如果送了，你没事。到时间就evict。如果seller骗你，你可以sue meseller，要求钱的补偿。同时给section 8 租客送90 天notice。 Housing一般会接着寄check给你，如果你跟housing签一个临时合同。 注意千万不要签正式的长期合作。
