紧急求助：Section 8 房客 告我 要她付全部月房租

我是一个单身妈妈，为了解决经济压力， 经常到这里学习和取金。 非常感谢各位。

 今年 五月买了 1个three family house 。 这个 three family house 有一个 section 8 房客， 从开始看房， seller told me the section 8 is moving out, so we signed the contract only two tenants 留下，但是最后一天walk through， section 8 was still there and the seller showed me the notice, she would move out at the end of month.  and I couldn't wait to the end of month to closing, because my morgage will be expired at the 15th of the month, actually 就是今年五月15号，后来我知道 seller took five month 不能 让section 8 搬走。 然后 section 8 给我一信， 要我签 housing contract， I asked her case worker, the case worker said, if I signed the contract, she would stay there for at least one year. so I didn't sign the contract, i wrote a letter to her, told her she need pay the full rent, because i can't sign the contract, the reason is I want to move in. 

then she got an attorney 告 me ask her to pay full payment, which is againest law. I have not received the summon yet, I just very scared , what I shoud do?
