通货膨胀 --》通货紧缩

通货膨胀是基于货币流通过大，引起物品价格的普遍上涨。 但有一先决条件，就是经济要发展，从而引发市场需求增长。 同时，工资也要上涨，从而刺激消费，转而刺激经济和生产。

但是，目前的清况是， 老美工资没涨，投资失败，购买力下降，更有苗头的是，表面是老美在inject money，但市场银根很紧，市场上流通的货币其实在减少，投资在减少，经济动力已大幅减缓。后果就是，经济再衰退和失业率的不断升高，对物流的需求会大幅下降，引发商品价格大幅下降，从而导致通货紧缩。

通货紧缩的后果是非常严重的，看看日本就知道。 通货紧缩令一切物品的价格都下降，包括房地产。

大家一直在担心的通货膨胀，是根据美元大量流通，经济会再发展的立论。 这立论越看越不成立了。

通货紧缩是很惨的。
