房子玩的是杠杆，没见过谁20%的首付，买股票的。买了大部分人也睡不着。股票涨了50%大部分人就想着卖不卖，亏了%10大部分人就考虑要不要止损。普通百姓没见几个就这发财的，反正我周围这样。炒房发财的比比皆是。

不过我觉得股市小生的思路和方法还是有用的。不过加国几大银行股票最近日子不好过，跌了些，不知是不是进货的时机要到了？
