俺错过了老朽提出的早点退休问题的讨论

实际上，虽然炒股比搞房产难，但要比速度达到退休还是炒股快些。容易些。

因为

（1） 炒股初期资金要求不高，做地主，没有头款，你想都别想。

俺当年，就是以3000块起家，一年10倍达3万。呵呵。。。。。。

（2）我说过房产是有钱人玩的，多数人交税后，还贷后，买足退休金后都是所剩无几， 等你手头宽裕了，年龄也大了。再去TF， 生活品质下降，不值。 呵呵。。。。，就算你愿意TF， 那成就不是一年两年能够看到的。朽哥用的时间夸度都是20年，30年，40年。。。 呵呵。。。。。

（3） 房产投资好机会不多，十年才一次，股市机会年年有。。。。

呵呵。。。。。
