必须有关于此contract to lease的具体内容，并需要作为sales contract的附件，buyer有权知道并需要

而你的agent没有做到ci'dian此点，是对buyer不负责任的，没有代表你的利益。若你在蓝色州，即使month -month lease, 也可能会持续半年后，才能完成eviction。 另若tenant 拒绝合作appraiser 入屋，你的贷款就没有着落，这个deal也无法完成。

还是撤了吧。
