小地主碰上新问题：想通过涨租来赶人，结果租户倒打一耙

      目前和租户是month to month lease,因为他三天两头要修这和哪。还新装修的房子，已经换过洗碗机。新排期扇能用，他说不能用于煤气灶。吸顶吊扇灯坏了我给他买去一个立式台灯，煤气炉子他说门关不严，我去后发现可以关严。整个房子是bouler取暖系统，楼下有两个房间没有取暖的热水管baseboard,他搬入时就没有，现在涨租他要求修理。租约规定我可以提前二十天解约。上个月寄出涨租通知，今天收到这封信，请老地主帮忙出点子呀
