主要是想赶人涨租。现任租户太烦人，很大的房子，很美的院子，到处堆得满满的，迟早是安全隐患。而且崭新的家电都可以弄坏。一下是我昨天的回复：

Response on your certified letter
Dear xxx

1.You reported me a problem with the oven door on gas stove on Feb 27, 2016, and I did come to your house on Feb 29 with a brand new Kitchenaid convection countertop oven. I checked the oven door with you, it worked fine and you agreed that it worked properly. I offered to leave the new oven at the house as a back up, however, you said you did not need it. I saved all the text message regarding this issue.

2. You reported a problem with the overhead fan light in the upstairs bedroom #2. I did come to the house with light bulbs and a lamp from Home Depot. I found that the light bulb did not work, I asked to replace the ceiling fan with a ceiling light, you did not agree, so I left the Home Depot lamp , you accepted. If you want to replace the whole ceiling fan, just let me know, and I will schedule an electrician to install a new one.

3. This house uses a boiler heating system. I left the boiler specialist phone number to you and I told you that you can call the number if the boiler heating system did not work. You did not call. There was never a hot water heating baseboard in the Rec room , laundry room and one of the bedroom downstairs since the house was built. If the boiler does not work, you just call the boiler specialist phone number, he will come over to serve the boiler and I will pay the bill. I saved all the tex message regarding this issue.

I follow up on problems that you report in a timely manner and repair what is truly broken.
