we still still dont know whether Saudi will agree to any reduction of its output.   It is very likely that the coming OPEC meeting will not result in any agreement.  Iran just started to ship its oil.   Nothing is certain at this point and any relief is liely to be short lived.  Many people still believe that we could see of $20/barrel, Goldman Sachs' prediction.
