石油危机告一段落

再维持低价对产能已经造不成更大影响，所以，维持在30~50符合OPEC等国利益。

若各央行能稳住市场到2016年年中，则它们期待已久的通胀将来临，危机解除。 若市场以崩盘形式，各央行来不及反应，则央行玩完。 后者可能性不大了。

所以，2016前半年会很动荡。
