I am no financial expert too, but normally before I put my money to something I need to understand what it is first, so if it goes wrong, I want to make sure it is my own fault. that is why i always raise questions like that.
I did not have time to study financial data of the companies you were talking. but after i had my little taste of merrill lynch's CDO sale last week, I am really skeptical of the whole financial industry. (basically merrill lynch sold billion dollars of the stuff on 22c per dollar to a shell company and doing 75% financing of the trade.so they are not even off the hook ! that is enron type accounting).how do you know, behind door, there are no bad trades happening in the stocks you are talking about. unfortunately we are talking about billions not millions dollar here.
it is ok if you feel lucky to play those stocks, just like playing slot machine, I was once hit 200 bucks with 75c in, should I call it investment with high return ?
