Prefer ranch house around 1400 to 2000 Sq Ft

the house is for retirement. The location is more important than Sq Ft. 

Since I am going to retire in 2 years.  If I can rent out before my retirement will be better. 

Would you please tell me which one is better: north and east of Orlando or Kissimmee area?
