You need to tell reator who help you to find the house that what the most important to you. Location, house size/niceness, close to Chinese communities or others?

I am almost sure you no longer can find a relative new, around 2000sq 3 bedroom nice house in Orlando good areas for $200k price range. For the price range, yes, you may find a good one in Kissimmee area. If you don't mind the area with less Chinese, there are pretty quite more nice communities in the areas. You may also consider in the area north and east of Orlando where there are more Chinese and more close beach.
