Plubming emergency

一早收到renter 的voice message 和email,说水看起来像尿从浴缸泛出来。之前刚刚换了房子下面所有管道。知道也许不能completely fix problem, 以为至少可以last 一段时间。但是因为从foundation出去堵得很厉害现在倒流反而更容易。foundation 下面倒是也必须要换的，因为有漏水。时间太久又是铸铁的。前几天renter 说洗衣服谁会倒流，这次让plumber snake 过一次，谁知道这才两天又有问题。  怎么才能稍微last 时间久些？
