3 bedrooms, 1 bath- apartment is a least $800; single family house is between $900 to $1100. I just have one available this month, tenants are lining and begging me to rent - $980. 3 bedroom, with 2 car bought $20K in 2012. Just rent to a young couple- wife working for Univ. of Michigan; husband is a student at Eastern Michigan Univ.
