Usually 10 days, once both parties agree upon the amendments on repair list. Then your option period is over. You should schedule appraisal then. This way you do not lose appraisal money if the offer is terminated due to the disagreement on inspection. You can still terminate contract if it does not appraise, of course you can also work with seller to reduce price.
