请教home inspection cost

第一次买房。。。在北卡买了一个4 unit 的房子。现在正在找 home inspection. 我的agent帮我找了两个。一个收费$1,100. 一个收费$850. 请问这个收费贵吗？

另外银行贷款还没批下来，可不可以把inspections 放到快到due diligence due date的时候？如果在贷款没拿到，是不是可以取消inspections？这样不会浪费钱？
