能比较一下短租网站的收费吗？

很多有着丰富经验的大拿，比较介绍了airbnb, vrbo, homeaway, 等，谢谢。但是所有的比较都是简化的给结论：

• 这个好，那个不好
• 这个新，那个老
• 这个给高档，那个给高中低档
• 这个适合度假，那个适合合租
• 。。。。。。

能不能给我们比较数据化的比较，比如说，我有一个短租，平均而言，一个星期租费1000元，打扫费80，再加税13%，平均80%有房客，请问：airbnb, vrbo, homeaway 三个网站 各收我费用多少；

• 最低情况 （不通过其网站支付），三个网站收费多少？收host多少费用？收guest 多少费用？
• 如果通过其网站支付，三个网站收费多少？收host多少费用？收guest 多少费用？
