能不能准确一点

我是homeaway 长期用户，现在homeaway 年固定租金345，我参加的时候年固定租金200，还给我优惠卷100，后来再续，给我优惠50，所以我的年费只有 150，每次成交不收钱。房客不需交钱。

而airbnb的网站说了，除了hosting fee (年租金），每次成交，host 要交3% （包括租金，打扫，税），而且还对房客收 6-18% 的费用， 请看：https://www.airbnb.com/support/article/104

我就疑惑了，我列在homeaway上，只要150一年，而如果用airbnb的话，我要交 host fee + (1080/7*365*80%*113%*3%) = hosting fee + 1527
而且我的房客总共要交 6-18%,就是 3054 至 9163 元。

这么一算，用airbnb,岂不是起码要亏了 4431 元 至 10540 元。
