日文通行计数法是不是从中国学去的

只从读音判断，俺觉得很有可能。

一二三四六，从读音看，几乎可以确定是汉语借去的。

放了一下狗，日文有本土计数法，但是不用于数算钱、时间或者人。

为啥呀？
