美丽的夏季是旅游的季节

终于可以出去逛逛啦！在家里憋了一年多，可有一个机会坐飞机去看儿子。非常兴奋。西雅图我19年去过，非常美丽漂亮的海滨城市。因为儿子搬去那里，所以决定趁着还没回国去那里玩玩。这么长时间没做飞机，还是有些担心。不过还好，一切顺利。

我只是去了4天，但是还是感觉很累。人到岁数了，体力跟不上，睡眠不好，是个问题。我还是几乎每天坚持游泳，举铁和跑步走路。

感觉如果不锻炼，身体会更差。希望明年可以放开旅游。
