憋气现象,继而头晕。这么多年,只能当拉伸来作,都不好意思说自己做瑜伽。心静不下来是硬伤。
还是我自己不好。guided meditation, 我老想笑,估计老师踢走我的心都有了。呼吸是只要一跟指导的节奏走,就容易出现
