肉我基本一周吃一次。干果,杏仁,榛子,都是很好的耐饿有营养的东西。
吃的要少一点,但是精彩一些,好一些。

我倒是也想吃杂粮,就是觉得很难吃 :( 水果蔬菜对我来说更有食欲
