Why limits the rookie player?

Eddit Griffin was not rookie when VGD joined. I am talking the "problem" players. PJ can handle Rodman. PJ can communicate with Shaq, I am not saying Shaq is problem player. Shaq said he treated PJ as a father. I didn't see any report about VGD had good relationship with players. He himself said he didn't want players liked him.

If you insist PJ be worse than VGD, I had nothing to say.
