VGD is not an easy going person. He can never turn

a problem player to a good player. Such as, eddi Griffin,
Rockers used 3 first round picks to get Griffin. VGD just got rid of him. It was a waste.
Griffin is a middle school player, only a kid. A good coach will communicate with him, just like a father. Jackson can do it. VGD can NOT.
Anyway, it has been 3 yrs since VGD owns the team. If the team doesn't have the players they need, VGD must do something wrong.
