冰箱讲话的艺术很高，冰箱在狼做了10年的GM，这是典型的GM的讲话。

冰箱对篮球的领悟是很高的，不然不会是50大。但不会教人也不会触类旁通。先阐述自己的经验和观念，要好的大个，这是以前我成功的经验，现在的球队不是我的饭。搞外线或其它的要几个好的人，然后大家一起摸着石头过河，把球给最好的人让他搞，搞到哪里是哪里，其他人就哄他开心，手下搞不好我也没法，我自己不打。但讲话的核心是模糊，云山雾罩，看了半天也看不出具体要干啥，大家就跟着感觉走，赢了也糊涂，输了也糊涂。
