Coaches are judged by team record, not whether he's "suited" for

No, he's not Auerbach, PJ, or Pop. But there was only one Auerbach, that's why the award was named after him. There's only one PJ, that's why he's the most successful coach. There's only one Pop, that's why he got GOP for so many years.

As for the big brush for 普通水平，as I said many times, he's not a very good coach, and especially not good at in-game situations. But I do believe he's above average.

But this doesn't have anything to do with the topic - GM talk or Coach Talk.
